Nestled on the west bank of the Etobicoke Creek, on the north side of Burnhamthorpe Rd., Rockwood Village has evolved as one of Mississauga's most desirable locations.

The majority of homes in the area were built in the mid 70's with additional units built in the 80's. The first phase homes featured ensuite baths, and main floor family rooms considered at the time to be very "leading edge" and definitely much more modern than offerings in Markland Woods located on the east side of the Etobicoke Creek.
