The final phase of Fernbrook Homes master planned community, Absolute will offer a "World" of its own.  This gated community with landscaped boulvards, when completed will consist of 5 towers, townhomes, retail space, and a three storey 30,000 sq. ft. recreation centre. Absolute I & II and Absolute Vision are already occupied.

 A 50 and 62 storey structure of award winning architecture, will not only be the tallest buildings in Mississauga, but promise to be striking landmarks in the Mississauga City Centre. The original plans, included one building, chosen from an International competition and designed by Yansong Ma.  Ma's design was a 50 storey structure which rotated 360 degrees from the bottom to the top.  The curvaceous building was quickly dubbed "The Marilyn."  When it became apparent that demand for the building was so strong, Fernbrook decided Marilyn needed a partner, and a second, companion structure was designed by Ma.  While the Marilyn thins in the middle and resembles a female body, the next design is wider in the middle and resembles a male physique.  While the male shaped building has no nickname the two buildings have sometimes been referred to as the Condo Couple. 

 

The Absolute World will feature a two storey lobby with granite floors, water features and comfortable seating area and an executive concierge. Professionally landscaped gardens will have fountains and waterfalls.  Suites will all have expansive wrap around balconies and full wall windows to enhance the elliptical exterior design.  Standard features will include hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and dens, 40 oz. broadloom in bedrooms, and ceramic tiles in baths and foyer.
