Entry level is currently around $225,000's for a single bedroom flat suite with one bath. A loft with 1 bedroom and den with 2 baths from $235,000. Prices vary depending on the building, currently pricing is higher in City Gate 11 (220 Burnhamthorpe Rd W.)
