Chicago Condos and Brownstones - now occupying

Inspired by the distinctive style of the Chicago School of Architecture, Chicago Condominiums will be the Daniel Corp's fourth offering in Mississauga City Centre. 

Planned as a 35 storey tower, rising from a 6 storey podium, Chicago is part of the 1.2 hectare community that includes One Park Tower and the Capitol Condominiums at the corner of Confederation Parkway and Prince of Wales Dr.  In keeping with the first offerings, Chicago will offers "Brownstone" towns and retail space at ground level. 

Chicago is currently being occupied (owners are taking occupancy) so expect to see some units come available for resale in the next 2-3 months.  There are currently listings for rent only.

Suites range in size from 407 to 1,125 square feet and include a full mix of floor plans from studios to two bedroom plus den.  Prices start around $180,000.  Standard finishes will include 9' ceilings, hardwood flooring in the living areas, and gourmet kitchens with designer cabinetry and granite countertops.

Amenities

Chicago offers 17,000 sq. ft. of recreational area, both inside and out, including a 30' climbing wall, undoubtably a first for Mississauga.  For less extreme residents, Chicago offers both and indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness studio with state of the art cardio, weights and yoga area, hot tub, steam room, lounge, billiards, virtual golf, media room, outdoor terraces and children's play area.
