Neslted on the west bank of the Humber River, the Old Mill area bears the name of the historical landmark now known as the Old Mill and Spa. Parklands abound in the area and residents can enjoy a stroll the river parks. The Old Mill area is also centrally located between the Bloor West Village shopping district to the east and the Kingsway to the west.
The area includes it's own TTC subway station which is only a short walk from anywhere in the neighbourhood. For commuters, access to the Gardiner via South Kingsway, makes the drive to downtown Toronto a 15 minute trip.
