A favorite destination for empty nesters from the neighboring areas of Markland Wood, Rockwood Village, and West Etobicoke, The Masters offers large suites and excellent amenities.

The Masters is comprised of 4 buildings: 284, 288, 296 and 300 Mill Rd. While there are many traditional flat units, the majority of the suites feature an upsplit or downsplit. (Bedrooms are either on the upper or lower level.) These suites actually are on two levels, usually one with west exposure (overlooking the golf course or ravine) and one with east exposure facing Mill Rd. Unlike a loft, we are only talking a 4-5 step split so still a lot less stairs than a townhouse but with the similar advantage of living on more than one level.
Amenities
The amenities are all housed within “The Club.” These include both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, tennis courts, party room, exercise gym, billiards room and more. There is a 24 hour security guard.
The Condo Corporation is excellent, well managed and boasts an impressive reserve fund. There is a real sense of community in the Masters. There are many activities for those looking to join groups with similar interests or take part in outings and social events. While the maintenance fees at first blush appear rather high, these are generally very large units, and fees in any building are based on a square foot basis. Other than your phone bill, all other utilities are included in the maintenance fees.
Market Values
Prices fluctuate significantly based on whether or not the suite has been refurbished. You can purchase a 2 bedroom unit split (up or down) with 2 full baths from $265,000 to $455,000. A two bedroom bungalow sells between $265,000 and $375,000. Three bedroom flats (bungalow) range between $240,000 and $320,000.
